Yoga with Jan Stewart in Ballroom A
Just like the sun gradually warms up the earth, it can be wonderful to go from sleep to awareness gradually. By following the rhythm of your breath and doing gentle yoga poses to that rhythm, you can gradually awaken, centre yourself and be fully present for the day ahead. We'll finish the class with a breathing practice and five minutes of meditation. Jan is twice certified in both yoga and meditation teaching with a focus on classical Hatha yoga, breathing and meditation.
